Meiyin Musical Instruments began with a family deeply connected to the craft of musical instrument making.

Our story can be traced back to the early development of China’s musical instrument industry. In an old family photo, Mr. Yin Liutang, once the director of Xiqiao Branch of Shanghai Violin Factory, stands together with Mr. Zheng Quan, a respected Chinese violin maker, and Mr. Yin Liuguan, who continues to work as an independent violin maker today.
For our family, this photo is more than a memory. It represents a time when musical instruments were made with patience, experience, and respect for sound. Every piece of wood, every curve, every thickness, and every small adjustment carried meaning.
This spirit became part of our family.
Before Meiyin was founded, our founding family had years of experience at Fengling Musical Instruments. That experience gave us a real understanding of production, materials, quality control, and the responsibility behind musical instrument manufacturing.
In 2001, Taixing Meiyin Musical Instruments Co., Ltd. was established.
From the beginning, Meiyin was not built as a trading company. It was built as a family-run manufacturing business with real roots in instrument making. Over the years, Meiyin has grown into a guitar factory with more than 100 employees, focusing mainly on acoustic guitars and classical guitars, while providing OEM and ODM services for overseas brands, wholesalers, and distributors.
For us, a musical instrument is not only a product. It carries the hands, experience, and attitude of the people who make it.
From violin making heritage to guitar manufacturing, Meiyin continues the same belief across generations: respect the craft, control the quality, and build long-term trust.
